1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between M Dance Academy (“we”, “our”, “us”) and the parent or guardian (“you”) of any student attending our classes, workshops, or events.
By enrolling in our classes, you agree to follow the Academy’s policies and procedures as outlined below.

2. Registration • All students must complete a registration and consent form before attending classes. • It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to ensure that the information provided is accurate and kept up to date (e.g. contact numbers, medical conditions, emergency details).

3. Fees & Payments • A deposit equal to one month’s fee is required at registration to secure your child’s place. • The deposit is non-refundable. • If you decide to end classes, please provide one month’s notice in advance. The final month will be covered by your deposit. • Payments can be made by cash or bank transfer. • All fees must be paid in full and on time at the start of each month. • Missed classes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

4. Attendance & Behaviour • Regular attendance is expected for all students. • Students must show respect to instructors and fellow dancers at all times. • The Academy reserves the right to suspend or dismiss any student whose behaviour is deemed unacceptable or unsafe.

5. Health & Safety • Parents must inform the Academy of any relevant medical conditions or allergies. • M Dance Academy is not responsible for any injury that occurs due to failure to disclose such information. • In the event of an accident or emergency, first aid will be administered, and emergency services contacted if necessary. • The Academy maintains a valid Public Liability Insurance.

6. Photography & Video • During classes, rehearsals, or performances, photographs or videos may be taken for educational, marketing, or social media purposes. • Permission will always be requested through a signed Photo & Video Consent Form. • Parents may opt out by selecting “no consent” on the form.

7. Safeguarding • M Dance Academy follows a Safeguarding and Child Protection Policy to ensure all students’ safety and wellbeing. • Staff are DBS checked and trained to maintain a safe learning environment.

8. Cancellation of Classes • In rare circumstances (e.g. teacher illness, weather, or venue issues), classes may be cancelled or rescheduled. • Wherever possible, notice will be given in advance via email or text.

9. Liability • M Dance Academy is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property while on the premises, unless caused by proven negligence of the Academy.

10. Data Protection • All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR. • Information is collected only for class administration and safety purposes.

11. Agreement
By registering your child, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the Terms & Conditions of M Dance Academy.
